We can set up a road test appointment for you anywhere in NYS. Road test appointments can be set up monday though friday between 8:30am and 4pm.

What to bring to your road test
You will need to bring to the road test site your valid 5 hour prelicensing class certificate (MV-278) or the certificate given to you from your drivers ed school, your valid picture permit, a properly registered, insured, inspected vehicle in good working order, a licensed driver (21 years of age or older).

If you are under age 18, you must have six months of valid permit status from the date your permit is issued to the date of your road test. This is not required if you are age 17, you have completed driver education, and you have a form MV-285 driver education certificate. You must have a minimum of 50 hours of supervised practice driving before your road test with at least 15 hours at night (after sunset). You must bring to the road test Form MV-262 (Certification of Supervised Driving) completed by your parent or guardian to certify that you have had the required hours of supervised practice driving.

If you don’t have a vehicle in good working order or a license driver to take you to your road test, give us a call and hire us to take you to your exam, a licensed professional will accompany you with a safe, dual controlled easy to manage vehicle to your road test. We recommend that you take our evaluation lesson to see if you can pass the road test before taking the actual exam.
